A business leader with over fifteen years of experience across diverse markets and cultural contexts, she holds a background in Marketing with a specialisation in Finance in Brazil, as well as in Artificial Intelligence at Université Paris Cité. Driven by a deep interest in psychology, she has led a psychological care organization in France since 2024. Les Voies d’Alice was born from her commitment to bridging the worlds of business management and psychology, along with meaningful collaborations with dedicated professionals whose complementary expertise has strengthened the project in service of youth mental health.
Aziz Essadek is a psychologist and Associate Professor of Psychology at Université Paris Cité. He is a researcher in clinical psychopathology and a member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF), a distinction recognizing the excellence of his research contributions. His work lies at the intersection of clinical psychopathology, developmental psychology, and complex trauma, with a particular focus on child protection, psychosocial vulnerabilities, and the impact of trauma on young people. He develops an integrative approach combining clinical practice, psychoanalysis, social sciences, and mixed methods research.
Marion Grémare is a psychologist specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She provides individualized and group-based support tailored to each person’s developmental journey. Trained in psychological assessment, she conducts evaluations of developmental profiles, neurodevelopmental disorders, and emotional and cognitive functioning. She also facilitates therapeutic workshops using diverse expressive modalities that foster communication, connection, and creativity.
Co-founder of Les Voies d’Alice, she brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and innovation across international and multicultural environments, placing her expertise at the service of this deeply human project. She earned degrees in economics, marketing, and strategy from Université Bordeaux IV and IAE Lille and holds an international certification from the University of Toronto. She is committed to expanding access to care and support for those who need it.
